Arlington, TX Area
Full-time tow truck driver position. Operate company tow trucks, respond to roadside assistance calls, and provide exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Tow Truck Driver based in the Arlington, Texas area. In this role, you will operate company tow trucks to transport vehicles, respond to roadside assistance calls, and ensure safe, compliant handling of vehicles and equipment. Responsibilities include completing routine truck inspections, documenting services accurately, and providing exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.

Full-time dispatcher position. Triage incoming roadside calls, coordinate driver assignments, and keep customers informed from request to arrival.

Dispatchers are the connective tissue of our operation — the calm voice on the other end of the line when someone is stranded, and the operational brain coordinating which driver gets where, in what order, and how fast. At Pulse Roadside Services, dispatchers are trained the same way our technicians are: they understand vehicle systems, service procedures, and the safety considerations behind every call. That depth lets them ask better questions, route calls intelligently, and give drivers the context they need before they arrive on scene. This is a full-time, on-site dispatcher position based in the Arlington, Texas area. You will receive inbound roadside assistance and towing requests, gather location and vehicle details, assign jobs to the appropriate driver based on proximity and capability, and keep customers updated through arrival. Shifts include days, nights, and weekend rotations. You will work closely with field drivers, customer support, and operations leadership.
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
Clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug test
Customer service oriented
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical ability to operate towing equipment
