By requesting roadside assistance from Pulse Roadside Services, you agree to fulfill certain responsibilities that enable us to provide safe, efficient service:
Accurate Information:
- Location Information: Provide accurate, specific location details including street address, cross streets, landmarks, highway mile markers, direction of travel, or GPS coordinates. Update us immediately if you move to a different location after requesting service
- Vehicle Information: Accurately describe your vehicle's make, model, year, and color to help our technician identify your vehicle at the service location
- Problem Description: Describe your roadside emergency accurately and completely, including any relevant symptoms, warning lights, or circumstances that may affect service
- Contact Information: Provide working phone number and ensure you're available to receive calls or texts about service status, arrival time, or any questions
- Special Circumstances: Inform us of any safety concerns (children in vehicle, medical conditions, unsafe location, aggressive individuals nearby), accessibility issues (gated community codes, parking garage access), or other relevant factors
Vehicle Accessibility and Safety:
- Safe Access: Ensure your vehicle is positioned in a safe, accessible location where our technician can work. If on a highway, pull as far onto the shoulder as safely possible
- Ownership or Authorization: Only request service for vehicles you own or have explicit authorization to service. Be prepared to show vehicle registration, proof of ownership, or authorization documentation if requested
- Remove Obstacles: Clear the area around your vehicle of obstacles that would prevent service (snow, debris, personal items blocking access to battery, spare tire, or other components)
- Secure Pets: Secure or remove pets from the vehicle before technician arrival to ensure everyone's safety
- Safety Hazards: Inform us immediately of any safety hazards (fuel leaks, smoke, fire, vehicle in active traffic lane, unstable positioning) so we can coordinate appropriate response
Cooperation During Service:
- Follow Instructions: Follow technician safety instructions and service guidance during the call
- Provide Access: Provide access to locked compartments (trunk for spare tire access, hood for battery access) as needed for service
- Remain Available: Remain near your vehicle or provide specific instructions about your location so the technician can reach you upon arrival
- Respectful Communication: Communicate respectfully with dispatch staff and field technicians. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in service cancellation
- Safety Compliance: Comply with safety protocols (remain in vehicle on highways until technician arrival, exit vehicle in parking lots when directed, stay clear of work area while technician is working)
Payment Obligations:
- Payment Readiness: Have payment method ready (credit/debit card, cash as accepted) at time of service unless alternative arrangements were made in advance
- Price Acknowledgment: Acknowledge and agree to stated service price before technician performs work (prices communicated via phone when you call or upon technician arrival for situations requiring on-site assessment)
- Authorized Charges: Authorize any additional charges for parts, extended service time, or complications discovered during service before those charges are incurred
- Timely Payment: Complete payment at time of service completion unless credit arrangements have been specifically authorized in advance
Cancellations:
- Timely Cancellation: If you resolve your problem, no longer need service, or need to cancel for any reason, notify us immediately to cancel the dispatch and avoid cancellation fees
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellations after technician has been dispatched may incur fees if cancellation occurs after technician is en route or upon arrival (fees reflect technician's time and travel costs already incurred)
- No-Show Fees: Failure to be at the specified location when technician arrives, or failure to respond to technician contact attempts, may result in no-show fees
Consequences of Non-Compliance:
Pulse Roadside Services is not responsible for delays, service limitations, or inability to complete service caused by:
- Inaccurate location or vehicle information requiring extra search time or multiple location checks
- Unsafe conditions preventing technician from safely performing service
- Inaccessible vehicles (locked gates without provided codes, secured parking without access arrangements, vehicles blocked by other vehicles or obstacles)
- Lack of ownership or authorization documentation when vehicle ownership is questioned
- Customer unavailability or failure to respond to communication attempts
- Customer refusal to follow safety protocols or technician instructions
- Payment issues or disputes at time of service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to customers who provide false information, create unsafe conditions, engage in abusive behavior, fail to fulfill payment obligations, or violate these terms. Repeat violations may result in permanent service denial.
